strategy.  It works like this.  Rather than mark-up

materials 20 - 30 percent like other contractors do,

we give you our contractor buying discounts. 

So, here is how it works.  You need $1,000 of

materials for your project.  Contractor A gets them

for you and charges you $1,200 - $1,300 for them

(this is their "handling" fee).

What we do is when you need $1,000 worth of

material's, we usually get them at our contractor

rates which is about 5 - 10 percent less than retail

price or in this example about $900.

We then pass the savings on to you the customer. 

We sell the materials to you for the $900 we paid

for them, thus saving you about $300 - $400 on

your material cost in this example.  Basically we

save you about 30% over the competition on most

materials.
