There was water leaking around the base of our furnace. One of the handyman came out and it was a simple fix--I felt so guilty about dragging him all the way over for that, but he was very pleasant and acted like I didn't waste his time at all. He didn't even charge me for the 5 minute fix. Thank you and we will be calling on you again. Rebecca
